Refund Policy

Effective date: 2026-05-14. Our trial means you don't pay until you've decided FootClaw is right for you. Here is exactly how refunds work.

1. Free trial

Every new account gets 14 days of Pro features free of charge. No payment is required during the trial. After 14 days the account auto-downgrades to Free unless you start a paid subscription.

2. Crypto payments

Cryptocurrency subscriptions (USDT TRC20, TON) are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions and the volatility of crypto-to-EUR conversion. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after payment is processed.

If your subscription is cancelled, you retain access to the paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.

3. Card payments (future)

When card payments become available, EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise this right, email billing@footclaw.example within 14 days of the first card payment.

4. Service unavailability

If FootClaw is unavailable for an extended period (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to issues on our side, we will pro-rate a credit to your next billing cycle. Contact us at billing@footclaw.example.

5. Disputes

Before opening a chargeback, please reach out to billing@footclaw.example. We resolve almost all disputes within 48 hours.
