Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-05-14. These terms govern your use of FootClaw (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FootClaw. By creating an account you confirm you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity under your account. Notify us at hello@footclaw.example immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions and billing

FootClaw offers Free, Standard, Pro and Club plans. Paid plans are billed in advance in EUR via supported cryptocurrencies (USDT TRC20, TON) or, in the future, card payments via a regulated processor.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

4. Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day Pro trial without payment. After the trial the account auto-downgrades to Free unless a paid subscription is started. Trial is granted once per user.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) scrape, copy or resell our data in bulk, (b) reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass paywalls, (c) use the Service to harass other users, (d) upload illegal content to the chat or profile fields.

6. Content and intellectual property

All proprietary metrics, visualisations and the brand “FootClaw” remain our property. Third-party data (match information, player profiles, logos) belongs to the respective rights holders (SofaScore, FotMob and their data providers). You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer

FootClaw provides analytics for informational purposes only. We do not provide betting advice and the Service is not a betting product. Any decisions you make using our data are your own responsibility.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FootClaw is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused subscription days unless required by EU consumer protection law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country of incorporation of the operating entity. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply where applicable.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect.
